What is temporary CCTV?

Temporary CCTV towers, sometimes referred to as "rapid deployable CCTV" is a great way to get comprehensive surveillance security in locations where a conventional CCTV system installation isn't achieveable. This is usually a construction site, remote farmland or rural location.
The tower is an easy to transport, easy to deploy unit which is self-sufficient in providing a power supply, data connection and secure location for the CCTV cameras to operate.

Our CCTV towers extent to 5.5 meters high and can be securely fixed to the ground. The unit hardware is secured within a locked onboard cabinet too so everything is monitored and safe.

The tower can accomodate up to 4 CCTV cameras which can record continuously or when motion is detection.

Each CCTV camera can be a static or pan-tilt-zoom camera. Most customers require a PTZ along with 1 or 2 static cameras to achieve optimal surveillance from each tower.
Our temporary CCTV systems offer an ideal solution for the temporary monitoring of spaces including building sites, festivals, farming and remote locations.

 

 

Who manages the CCTV towers?

The system is managed according to the customer's requirements. If you are able to monitor the system yourself you can do so via mobile app and/or a dedicated remote monitoring station at a physical office or other convenient location.

Alternatively we can provide monitoring on your behalf. We monitor the system through intelligent analytics, whereby the system automatically recognises vehicles or humans within the secure boundaries and alert us to the intruder. We check the footage and respond by:

1. Audible announcement via the tower to alert the intruder of their offence
2. In-person response - Where required, we can deploy a patrol officer to attent the scene and clear the security threat.
3. Alert the police or other relevant authority of the breach and work with them to clear the intrusion.




What else is there to know?

Footage from the CCTV cameras is recorded locally or remotely, depending on the customers' specific requirements and the location restrictions.

Cameras provided on the temporary CCTV tower are fitted according to the customers' requirements with up to 4 cameras (up to 8MP, static or PTZ) available on each tower.

We can provide remote system monitoring for towers deployed in any location.

We can provide remote audible alerts to the tower for temporary CCTV deployed in any location.

We can only provide in person site response to alerts for towers deployed within 15 miles of our location in Neyland, Pembrokeshire. The service does cover Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Pembroke Dock, Pembroke, Tenby, and their surrounding areas.

We can provide police alerts in response to detected intrusions for CCTV towers deployed in any location.

CCTV towers are equipped with 4G mobile broadband and localised Wi-Fi networks for remote and local access.
