Current Positions
Security Systems Installer (Full Time) : £31,000 - £36,000 DoE
We are seeking an experienced security systems installer to join our expanding team here in West Wales.
Day to day responsibilities will include the installation & servicing of CCTV, alarm systems & access control systems for for a variety of domestic, commercial and industrial customers throughout the area, operating from our base in Neyland, Pembrokeshire.

Salary: £31,000-£36,000
Negotiable, depending on experience.
Location: West Wales (Neyland office)
This is a field-based role with the office location detailed above. Service area is Neyland + 50 miles (approx.).
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Typical working hours. Evening and weekend work may be required on occasion.

The Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security system installer to join a growing team of security and connectivity focussed professionals. We work together to ensure all of our installations or properly installed and managed and we want you to be the next fountain of knowledge to help our customers.
Your role will be working alone or as part of a team (of 2 or more) providing installations, maintenance and servicing or an ever-expanding customer base within our service area.
The right person for the role will be approachable and have a clear understanding of the systems they install. These skills mean the customer can approach you and get straight, jargon-free explanations directly from the installer.
You'll be reporting to the Managing Director and working from a managed digital diary.
This role is field based and a vehicle, tools and equipment will be provided to the successful applicant.
Training, uniform and OTG package will be provided including company vehicle.
Ongoing training and development is encouraged and provided through manufacturer requirements, current and updated British Standards, European standards (where required) as well as in accordance with client standards and requirements.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years recent in a similar installing role.
- Strong IT & integration skills.
- Competent, reliable & self-motivated person.
- Thorough understanding of electrical systems.
- A clear understanding of H&S and risk management.
- Full UK driving licence with the ability to drive medium/large commercial vehicles.
- Experience of working with Hikvision equipment for CCTV and access control.
Experience Preferred:
- Full clean UK driving licence and experience driving large commercial vehicles and all-terrain vehicles.
- Level 3 electrical installation qualification.
- A good understanding of MS Office applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to diagnose and solve system faults.
- Experience of working with Hikvision sub-brands (any), Pyronix, Pelco, Dahua, Axis, Texecom, Honeywell, Bosch, Paxton, Uniview and Roger Technology equipment for CCTV/Alarms/Access Control.
- Experience of using manufacturer management and maintenance software.
